Liberty Defense has named Noble IQ as its U.S. installation and service partner for HEXWAVE, the AI-enabled walkthrough screening system. The announcement sets Noble IQ to handle nationwide installs, operator training, maintenance, and 24/7 technical support.
Liberty Defense framed the agreement as part of a push to scale deployments across high-traffic sites where threat detection is becoming standard. The partnership is formalized as a strategic partnership with Lexington, Kentucky-based Noble IQ.
Noble IQ brings experience supporting detection and analytical equipment for defence, homeland security, and first responder customers. That profile matches HEXWAVE’s target environments, including airports, stadiums, and public buildings. Around-the-clock service can be critical for screening points that operate beyond business hours. Liberty Defense highlighted a single point of contact for support to reduce downtime.
Service model targets uptime and scale
The service scope covers site readiness, device placement, operator onboarding, and lifecycle care. In practical terms, that ties product performance to field execution, which often determines project value. The 24/7 call centre model aims to shorten recovery times after faults, improving throughput. It also supports standard operating procedures across distributed estates.
